Senior Accountant Altias Advisory | Gold Coast, Queensland | Advisory-Focused Public Practice At Altias Advisory, we believe accounting should be about far more than compliance. Just a manageable portfolio of quality clients that allows you to work deeply, think strategically, and build genuine long-term relationships. Internally, we call it running your own island. Your client portfolio is designed to give you: Ownership and autonomy over your own client base. Time to properly understand your clients’ businesses, goals, and challenges. Structured workflows and organised systems. Reduced context switching and fewer unnecessary interruptions. The ability to be proactive instead of reactive. You’ll regularly be involved in work across: Tax planning and strategic structuring. Asset protection and succession planning. Management reporting and performance analysis. Business acquisitions and growth strategies. Governance, risk management, and commercial decision-making. Given our client base is mature and growth focused, you will have regular access to some of Australia’s best tax lawyers, technical financial reporting experts and commercial risk advisors. This means you won’t just be preparing accounts—you’ll be sitting at the table with high-calibre professionals, contributing to meaningful commercial decisions, and rapidly accelerating your own technical and advisory capability.
