We are a national construction business seeking an experienced Site Leader to be based out of our Hobart site. We're looking for an enthusiastic leader with great people management skills within the fields of construction, mining, logistics or manufacturing. You will be an organized and motivated individual that will support a busy site with over 15 employees. In this role, you'll be involved in: Supervising and leading a team of over 10-15 employees Supporting your manager with day to day operations Assisting with recruitment of team Monitoring performance of assets on site Helping maintain safety, compliance, and site documentation Engaging with a variety of internal teams and external contacts Contributing to a positive, safe, and collaborative workplace culture If you enjoy a diverse and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
