The Rol eThe Senior Estimator provides independent cost estimating and assurance for high-profile, high-risk and complex capital projects, supporting the successful delivery of TasWater’s program of works. This role applies best practice estimating methods to drive value for money outcomes and supports effective risk allocation across TOC and non-TOC commercial agreements. As a senior member of the team, the role contributes to a collaborative, outcomes-focused culture within the Project Delivery Group .Provide estimation advice and insights into the collaborative development of project options, solutions, and scopes to ensure that cost impacts and risks are appropriately identified, assessed, and considered as an integrated part of infrastructure investment decision making .Delivering projects to the community in cost effective manner .Provide estimating and cost advice into the management and monitoring of project delivery against agreed cost and commercial outcomes and KPIs .Apply best practice estimating methodologies to drive value for money and effective risk allocation across commercial agreements .For a full copy of the position description, please click HER E What we're looking f orWe are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with strong commercial and analytical capability, who can provide independent, accurate cost advice on complex capital projects. You will bring proven expertise in cost estimating, risk management and value-for-money principles, along with the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
