Through the sale of affordable, quality pre-loved goods, we help fund essential services that support individuals and families experiencing homelessness and financial hardship. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our Donation Area team. You’ll take the lead in our busy sorting area – guiding staff, keeping operations running smoothly, and leading from the front. You’ll also step in to oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves while supporting a team, this role is for you. This is a permanent, full-time role with shifts across weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays. About You You have experience in customer service or retail and are passionate about sustainability and the value of repurposing. You bring a keen eye and a customer first approach, creating meaningful shopping experiences and helping customers discover hidden gems.
