Electrical Supervisor – Gold Coast Based - Build, lead and deliver Roesner and Hamilton Electrical Contractors is a locally owned and operated business based in Nerang, proudly servicing Southeast Queensland. We specialise in transport infrastructure projects, including Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), road and car park lighting, and traffic signal installations. Working in conjunction with our Design Consultancy (Roesner and Hamilton Consulting Services) you will closely with the design team and work on exciting D&C projects. Thanks to strong ongoing work with both government and private clients, we're growing our team and are on the lookout for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to join us at our Nerang workshop. The Role This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and running site delivery. You’ll: Lead crews delivering ITS, lighting and signal projects Take ownership of site outcomes — safety, quality, programme Work closely with engineers and project managers on D&C projects Solve real-world constructability and delivery challenges Interface with clients, subcontractors and authorities Drive standards, efficiency and continuous improvement What we’re looking for: We’re after a reliable, experienced tradie who’s confident in leading projects and managing teams on-site.
