Lead commissioning across large‑scale renewable and high‑voltage assets An opportunity exists for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning across a portfolio of wind, solar, BESS, substations and HV transmission infrastructure . This is a senior role focused on providing structure, leadership and consistency across the full commissioning lifecycle — from early planning and readiness through energisation, testing and handover. Key Responsibilities Lead commissioning across multiple renewable and HV power assets Develop and drive a clear commissioning strategy and execution model Manage energisation, integrated testing and system handover Lead and coordinate site commissioning teams, OEMs and contractors Ensure commissioning requirements are embedded into engineering and project planning Provide safe and controlled integration of HV systems and control systems Improve consistency, documentation and handover outcomes across projects About You Strong commissioning leadership experience in renewables, HV power, substations or transmission Proven experience with energisation, integrated testing and start-up Solid understanding of SCADA, control systems and network interfaces Able to lead across multiple teams and stakeholders without direct authority Calm, decisive and comfortable operating in complex delivery environments Highly Regarded Experience across wind, solar and BESS Substation and transmission commissioning experience Grid connection or compliance exposure Background in utilities, mining, power generation or large industrial projects This role will suit a commissioning leader who wants to shape how large-scale green energy assets are commissioned, rather than stepping into a fully established model.
