Elpiet – Investments Pty ltd(cucinetta) is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Cook to join our team. Salary Range - $75,000 to $80,000 Business Location - South Yarra VIC 3141 Responsibilities Inspect ingredients and food to ensure quality. Monitor and control oven, grill, and cooking equipment temperatures. Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements. Season dishes appropriately during cooking. Portion and plate meals with sauces, gravies, and garnishes. Store food in temperature-controlled areas. Prepare meals for special dietary requirements. Assist with menu planning and estimating food requirements when required. Support and train junior kitchen staff or apprentices. Skills & Qualifications AQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification. Relevant work experience and/or on-the-job training. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
