This Role is for You If - Enjoy building meaningful relationships with medium and small business clients across multiple industries including e-commerce, allied health, construction and professional services - Are able to support the partners with our clients, our team and taking ownership of team workflow to be completed - Are highly proficient in preparing financial statements and tax returns for all entity structures with the ability to review work prepared by other team members - Work well in energetic collaborative team environments - Have the skills and experience to mentor and train our junior/intermediate accountants and bookkeeping team members - Are able to deliver strategic services, including cashflow forecasting, budgets, break even analysis, tax planning, advisory, QBCC, business due diligences - Looking for a full-time role - Would like to lead and conduct new‑client consultations Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 years working in a public practice firm - Ability to review financial statements and tax returns with only final points required for partner sign-off - Demonstrated strong technical knowledge, including Div 7A, Capital Gains Tax, FBT - Strong communication skills across verbal and written formats - Understanding of entity structures, e.g. companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSF's - Ability to use all accounting softwares, e.g. Xero, MYOB, quickbooks - Ability to manage workflow for self and team members highly advantageous This role suits someone who enjoys leading by example and is looking to grow into a future leadership position.
