About the Role As a Diamond Driller, you will be an integral part of our exploration and geoscience programs. Your expertise will contribute directly to the safe and efficient delivery of drilling services for our clients. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain diamond drill rigs and associated equipment. Accurately log and document drilling activities and production data. Work closely with clients to optimise drilling outcomes. Keep safety front and centre in every task. Support and mentor junior drilling personnel. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Diamond Driller within the mining/resources industry. Strong safety mindset and professional work ethic. Solid understanding of geological formations and core sampling methods. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in the field. Team-oriented with experience mentoring less experienced team members. Required certifications and clearances: Certificate III or IV in Drilling Operations Valid HR manual driver’s licence Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening Clean National Police Clearance Full working rights in Australia Why Join Us?
