About the Role We’re looking for skilled and reliable Concrete Finishers and Concrete Patchers to join our growing team. You’ll be working on a variety of residential, commercial, and civil projects, delivering high-quality finishes and repairs. Key Responsibilities Concrete Finishers: Screeding, floating, and troweling concrete surfaces Applying finishes (smooth, broom, exposed aggregate, etc.) Setting up formwork and ensuring proper levels and alignment Monitoring curing process and applying sealants where required Concrete Patchers: Repairing cracks, chips, and surface defects Surface preparation including grinding and cleaning Applying patching compounds and coatings Matching textures and finishes to existing concrete What We’re Looking For Proven experience in concrete finishing or patching Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to read plans and follow specifications Physically fit and able to work outdoors White Card (or equivalent) required Driver’s licence and own transport preferred What We Offer Competitive pay and consistent work Supportive team environment Opportunities for overtime and career progression Work on diverse and interesting projects
