About the Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Procurement Manager to support procurement, project execution and sales activities across major engineering projects. This role plays a critical part in managing contracts, supplier relationships and commercial outcomes across the full project lifecycle—from tendering and negotiation through to execution and close-out. The position works closely with sales, engineering and project teams to ensure commercial alignment, risk management and effective delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Manage contract lifecycle including drafting, negotiation and administration • Support sales team with tendering, pricing and commercial terms • Lead procurement activities including sourcing, evaluation and supplier selection • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and clients • Ensure commercial risks are identified, mitigated and managed • Support project teams with contract execution and variations management • Monitor supplier performance, cost control and delivery timelines • Maintain compliance with company policies and contractual obligations Key Outcomes • Commercially sound contracts aligned to project and business objectives • Effective procurement strategies delivering cost and schedule certainty • Strong supplier and subcontractor performance • Reduced commercial risk exposure across projects • Seamless integration between sales, procurement and project delivery About You • 8–15 years’ experience in contracts and procurement within mining, ports or heavy industry • Strong experience managing complex engineering or construction contracts • Demonstrated capability in supplier negotiation and commercial management • Understanding of project delivery, fabrication and supply chain processes • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Law, Engineering or related discipline • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels • Experience with contract management systems and procurement tools What’s on Offer • Long-term contract opportunity • Involvement in large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects • Collaborative environment across sales, engineering and project teams • Exposure to global supply chains and complex procurement activities • Osborne Park location with strong team support
