Position : Maintenance Road Worker Location : Jandakot or Hazelmere Rate : $48 Per Hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) Super Hours : Monday to Friday shifts between 6am to 6pm, 80 hours over 9 shifts per fortnight inclusive of 1 RDO each fortnight Role Description: Road construction and maintenance team member Perform duties such as minor road construction tasks and road maintenance including pothole repairs, replacement of gullies, landscaping work, sign panel and guidepost removal, assistance in traffic management activities and graffiti removal Concreting and pipe laying Operating plant equipment such as excavators/bobcats Essential Criteria: Valid WA HR Licence Construction Induction White Card National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months or willing to obtain) Experience working in high traffic volume areas Strong Understanding of safety systems and requirements Be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening Physically fit and capable Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident Desirable Criteria : Basic Worksite Traffic Management Accreditation and Experience Medium-Rigid Driver's Licence or higher
