Project Management Role A Project Management role at Harley Dykstra involves managing land development projects from concept to completion, driving and overseeing the project due diligence phase, the subdivision design and approval phase, and the subdivision implementation and condition management phase. The successful applicant will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in subdivision implementation, including; · Land enquiry and due diligence; · Subdivision design input, condition setting and negotiation; · Working with engineers on water management and civil designs; · Understanding infrastructure requirements and solutions; · Management of subconsulting teams (i.e., electrical, civil, hydraulic, landscape, environmental, surveyors, etc.); · Management of subcontractors, both large and small; · Oversight and auditing of site construction and progress claims, and; · Progressing subdivision clearances through to titles.
