We are seeking a driven and ambitious all-rounder (Sales/Warehouse/Logistics) person to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with our long term customers Identify and approach potential new customers Maintain CRM for existing and new customers such as sites, contacts, and other relevant information Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers Respond to any sales opportunities that may arise from incoming leads Ability to learn and pickup knowledge of our products and services Organise regular customer visits both locally and interstate with new and existing customer Regular warehouse and inventory management shared across the team such as receiving, packing, dispatching and booking deliveries Assist across the business in other areas including administration Skills and Qualifications: Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow Ability to multitask Excellent organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal Well-developed skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Disciplined and dependable work attitude Advantageous but not necessary -> Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, and/or business development within an engineering-aligned environment
