The Role • Proactive Hospitality: You don't just wait behind the machine; you proactively approach and welcome customers to set a high-energy tone. • Active Engagement: We want a barista who loves to chat and actively engage with the community for a seamless, friendly experience. • Technical Excellence: At least 1 year of fast-paced experience. You are confident in dialing in and maintaining a clean, calibrated station. • Full Cycle Mastery: Handling the full cycle job, including opening, prepping, calibrating, and closing/cleaning.
