CAFE MANAGER (ANZSCO 141111) We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Café Manager to lead our operations, elevate guest experiences, and maintain seamless daily workflows.Compensation & Perks: Annual Salary: AUD 80,000 to 85,000 Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Proven Management – At least two years of experience managing a café or restaurant—or supervising with substantial hands-on operational responsibilities. Cultural Sensitivity – Demonstrated success working in, or managing teams for, diverse, multicultural environments. Operational Savvy – In-depth understanding of daily café functions, including rostering, inventory control, health and safety compliance, budgeting, supplier relations, and service coordination. Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
