Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year Lead Solar & Battery Installer We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer to join our growing solar and battery team. This is a key role for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, can lead jobs on site, and wants to be part of a well-established South Australian business. About the Role As our Lead Solar & Battery Installer, you will be responsible for leading residential solar and battery installations from start to finish, ensuring each job is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard. You will work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure installations run smoothly and customers receive the quality service. Key Responsibilities Lead solar PV and battery installations on site Ensure all work is completed safely and to Australian Standards Manage job quality, site presentation and installation outcomes Communicate professionally with customers and internal staff Support and guide other installers/apprentices on site Complete required installation documentation and compliance requirements Required Qualifications & Experience Current SAA accreditation for solar and battery installations Full electrical licence Current South Australian driver’s licence Current police clearance, or willingness to obtain one Experience installing solar and battery systems Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to lead a team and manage jobs on site What We Provide We deliver materials on site and rubbish collect as well Consistent work with an established South Australian company Supportive operations and scheduling team Opportunity to grow we provide full training of work How to Apply If you are an experienced solar and battery installer looking for a lead role with a strong South Australian business, we would love to hear from you.
