As we are a small busy family business, we look for someone to work confidently, unsupervised , as well as in a team environment, with the abitlity to be clean and methodical. We are looking to employ a friendly, people person fully qualified baker / pastrychef or at least has a minimum of 3 years in the baking industry. This will be a long term position to the right person. You will need to be able to Hand mould doughs, and have a sound knowledge of pastries and cake decorating. We hope to find an enthusiastic person who is willing to learn and to introduce new products. Flexibility on shifts is also a key requirement.
