As Back-of-House, Inventory Manager , you'll support the Store Manager in ensuring the store operates effectively and efficiently with regards to operating procedures and tasks. You will support in ensuring compliance across all areas of customer service, store operations, our safety culture, loss prevention and all company policies and procedures. Supporting the Store manager with incoming inventory, including stock receipting, pallet control, and stocktakes. Oversee special orders, delivery pickups, and online order collections. Ensure daily procedures and policies are followed to maintain store compliance. Lead, develop, and motivate a team to reach their full potential, ensuring safe and efficient stock routines.
