About the Role: You will be in charge of the day-to-day management of our accreditations to ensure compliance with WHS, customer and industry standards as well as ensuring that we are following our policies and procedures to operate in a safe manor. We strive for continuous improvement and all systems must be continuously reviewed and updated so you will require excellent document management and legislation interpretation skills as well as a high attention to detail. Key Responsibilities : Conduct/Oversee all internal and external audits Maintain quality and compliance records and registers Maintain and improve company manuals, policies and procedures Conduct internal reviews and drive improvement programs Facilitate internal meetings and toolbox talks Ensure qualifications and training are up to date Liaise with internal and external relevant stakeholders Provide regular reports and feedback to managers Ensure subcontractor compliance Ensure customer quality, compliance and safety requirements are met Conduct incident and accident reporting and investigation Selection Criteria Preferred: An understanding of the transport industry Selection Criteria ESSENTIAL: Formal qualifications in Work Health and Safety Minimum 3 years' experience in a compliance or similar role A sound understanding of the WHS Act The drive and skills to be able to work unsupervised Excellent communication skills Why join us? · Competitive remuneration package · Family run business with a supportive team environment · Modern facilities with your own office · Perth based.
