We have an immediate start opportunity for a site manager/supervisor for a large-scale industrial project south of the river (45 minutes south from the city). The project is at the earthworks stage with contract administrator and construction director located on site. Builden are completing industrial, commercial and fitout works so individuals looking to work on these type projects to apply. Attitude, drive and values are key to this new position. Qualifications & experience 5 years minimum supervision experience, Previous experience in industrial and/or commercial construction. Tasks & responsibilities Supervision/management of trades across one project including building strong working relationships with the whole team. Ensure safety requirements of the sites are maintained. Coordinating delivery of materials and trades to maintain delivery as per the program. Ensuring quality standard of work are achieved with attention to detail. Continual open communication with the team. Become a team leader to drive completion to achieve the key project requirements.
