We’re not chasing average. We want someone skilled, reliable, and motivated to be part of a high-performing team delivering premium residential and commercial concrete projects across Adelaide. This is a full-time or long-term subcontractor opportunity with consistent work and strong earning potential. The Role You’ll be hands-on across a variety of projects including: Concrete preparation and pours Set out, boxing, formwork and reinforcement Finishing to a high standard (trowel, float, edging, detail work) Concrete repairs and patching Working alongside a professional crew to deliver quality jobs on time Maintaining safe and compliant worksites We take pride in clean sites, sharp finishes, and professional presentation. ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven concreting experience (residential & commercial preferred) Strong finishing skills — we value quality Ability to read plans and work independently White Card (essential) Reliable transport and tools Strong work ethic and team mindset Takes ownership and pride in every job MR license would be an advantage If you cut corners this isn’t for you.
