This involves partnering and coordinating with government agencies, the Aboriginal Community Controlled sector, local government and NGOs to reduce the impact of chronic preventable conditions - including diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer - on the population and the health system. Selection will be made at the SP1 or SAO1 level depending on the qualifications of the successful applicant.
