The Role We are seeking an analytical and hands on Operations Supervisor with SAP and/ or EWM expertise to join our WA site. Reporting to the DC Site Manager, you will ensure operational excellence and maintain high Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards. Whilst the role currently has no direct reports this will change in the near future and as such you will be expected to lead a team. Hours of work vary between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm (includes opening/closing the site as required). What You Will Do: Team Development: Provide coaching and performance feedback. Operational Delivery: Monitor daily productivity and manage labour costs to ensure all SLAs and DIFOT requirements are met. Reporting & Analysis: Use PowerBI to create business reports and implement continuous improvement (CI) initiatives. Quality & Safety: Maintain efficient processes in line with QMS and WHS guidelines, including updating WIs and SOPs. Stakeholder Coordination: Manage transport queries and participate in regular customer performance meetings. Who You Are: Operational Leadership: 3 years of consistent experience supervising teams within a warehouse, 3PL/4PL, or distribution environment. Pharmaceutical Compliance: Proven expertise in wholesaling medicines/poisons, including TGA (cGMP), ISO 9001/13485, and Drugs & Controlled Substances regulations. Systems Expertise: Essential hands-on experience in SAP, with a strong working knowledge of RF technology and ERP/WMS environments. Technical Inventory Management: Comprehensive understanding of inventory traceability, document control, and the ability to assess client purchase authorisations. Data-Led Reporting: Proficiency in PowerBI or equivalent tools to drive analytical decision-making and performance reporting. Professional Communication: Demonstrated ability to resolve complex workplace issues and build collaborative relationships across the supply chain. Relevant Qualifications: Experience required in using MHE including LF/ LO/ EWP licences and previous experience required in driving relevant Warehouse equipment. Other qualifications required include First Aid Certificate.
