Sales Lead – Shapemakers (Sydney/Central Coast) We’re building a new business—and we need someone to help bring it together and drive it forward. Shapemakers brings together Borg’s capabilities in aluminium and plastic extrusion, along with specialist coatings through Sapphire. By combining these capabilities, we’re able to offer customers a more complete solution—from manufacturing through to fabrication and finishing. This platform will continue to grow, with additional businesses and capabilities expected to be added over time. We’re looking for a Sales Lead to take ownership of growth and help translate this combined and expanding capability into real opportunities in the market. This is a front-end, hands-on role. It’s about building relationships, winning work, and connecting the full Shapemakers offer to market and customer needs. What you’ll be doing Drive sales across aluminium, plastics and coatings. Identify and win new customers across key industrial segments. Position our combined and growing capabilities as a clear, valuable offer to customers. Build strong relationships and grow existing accounts. Work closely with manufacturing to align capability with market demand. Help define target segments and go-to-market approach. Bring real market insight back into the business. What we’re looking for Strong industrial sales experience (ideally aluminium, plastics or similar). Proven ability to win work and close deals. Commercially sharp and confident in negotiations. Ability to connect multiple and evolving capabilities into a single customer solution.
