Are you a creative marketer with strong writing skills and a commercial mindset? We’re looking for a hands-on Brand & Content Coordinator to help bring the Living Gems brand to life through compelling campaigns, engaging content, events, and customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the balance of creativity and coordination — from writing persuasive marketing copy and managing editorial content, to supporting campaigns and delivering memorable events. We’re not looking for a journalist or social media content creator. We’re looking for a commercially minded marketer who understands how strong branding, engaging content, and well-executed campaigns work together to build customer connection and drive enquiry. What You’ll Do Brand & Content – the creative stuff! Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media, EDMs, blogs, websites, advertising campaigns, print collateral, and marketing communications. Create customer-focused content that reflects the Living Gems lifestyle and brand voice. Coordinate and contribute to the Living Gems magazine Thrive, including editorial planning, feature writing, interviews, and content coordination. Support the delivery of marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate enquiry, and support sales activity. Coordinate campaign assets and work with external creative, media, and production partners when required. Assist with social media planning and content scheduling. Liaise with agency and creative partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, branded content, media activity, and promotional initiatives. Events & Experiences – the people stuff! Assist with planning, promoting, and delivering events — from homeowner functions to launches and information sessions. Coordinate event logistics, signage, and marketing collateral to ensure every event reflects the brand professionally. Represent the marketing team at events and help create memorable customer experiences. Marketing Coordination – the organised stuff! Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate timelines across multiple projects. Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activity. Bring fresh ideas to the table and identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and engagement. What You’ll Bring 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, brand coordination, communications, or similar. Strong editorial and copywriting skills, with the ability to write both long-form lifestyle content and persuasive marketing copy. An understanding of how marketing campaigns influence customer engagement and enquiry. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience supporting events, promotions, or campaign coordination. Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or Google Ads. Preferred but not essential Experience in property, lifestyle, tourism, retail, or hospitality marketing. Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
