Build the systems behind one of Perth’s fast-growing finance brands. We’re not looking for a traditional “marketing coordinator”. We’re looking for an operator. Someone who understands: lead generation, automation, CRM systems, funnels, paid ads, landing pages, and how to turn attention into revenue. This role sits at the centre of our growth strategy as we continue scaling across: vehicle finance, commercial lending, mortgages, business funding, media, and online education. You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team to help build the backend systems and marketing infrastructure powering our next stage of growth. __ About Us Loans Unlimited started as a small operation and has grown into a team of 20. We’re building: a modern finance brand, a large online lead-generation engine, and a media-first business combining education, content and real business growth. This is not a slow corporate environment. We move fast. We test ideas quickly. We care about execution. You’ll play a key role in building and improving: CRM systems, marketing automations, landing pages, lead nurture flows, reporting dashboards, funnels, and backend growth systems. You’ll work across: Meta Ads Google Ads GoHighLevel / HubSpot style CRM systems automation tools landing page builders reporting and analytics systems This is an in-house role designed to centralise and strengthen our marketing and growth operations internally. __ Responsibilities CRM & Automation Build and manage CRM pipelines and workflows Create automated SMS and email nurture campaigns Improve lead follow-up and conversion systems Implement automation processes across the business Improve customer journey and retention flows Funnels & Landing Pages Build and optimise landing pages and funnels Assist with lead generation campaigns Improve conversion rates through testing and optimisation Support campaign and lead magnet development Paid Advertising & Reporting Assist with Meta and Google campaign management Monitor and improve campaign performance Track lead attribution, ROI and conversion metrics Build KPI dashboards and reporting systems Growth Projects Assist with implementing new systems and technology Support operational and marketing improvement projects Help improve internal efficiencies and processes Work closely with leadership on growth initiatives __ What We’re Looking For You do NOT need a university degree. You DO need: strong problem-solving ability, high ownership, strong tech aptitude, and the ability to execute.
