About the Role Breast Cancer Care WA is seeking a part time Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing function and help drive sustainable digital growth across the organisation. Working as part of a collaborative, small marketing team, this role will support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing activity across multiple channels. While overarching strategy is already established, we are looking for someone who can think strategically, interpret performance data, identify opportunities for growth and confidently turn insights into action. Key Responsibilities Digital Performance & Growth Analyse digital performance across website, email, social media and campaigns to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation Use data, insights and trends to inform recommendations and improve performance Support continuous improvement through testing, reporting and campaign analysis SEO & SEM Manage and optimise SEO activity including on-page, content and technical SEO fundamentals Conduct keyword research and support content optimisation to improve organic performance Assist with paid search (SEM) activity including setup, optimisation and reporting Content & Social Media Support delivery of the organisation’s content strategy across digital channels Assist with digital content creation including website copy, blogs and EDMs Support with the management of social media channels including scheduling, content planning, reporting and community engagement Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain regular digital marketing reports Analyse performance data across platforms including Google Analytics, Search Console, social channels and email systems Translate performance insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Fundraising as part of a collaborative small marketing team Contribute ideas to campaigns, digital initiatives and innovation opportunities Support broader organisational goals through engaging digital storytelling and audience engagement About You You are a proactive and data-driven marketer with strong digital capability and a hands-on approach. You enjoy solving problems, improving performance and finding creative ways to engage audiences online. You will bring: Proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels Strong SEO and SEM knowledge and experience Demonstrated experience in digital analytics, reporting and optimisation Experience managing social media platforms and digital content Strong understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and social insights platforms Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across a broad range of marketing activities Experience within the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded, but not essential.
