Fire Safety Compliance Manager We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fire Safety Compliance Manager to lead our compliance team and ensure all fire safety systems and processes meet current standards and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a team of Fire Safety Assessors across multiple sites and projects Oversee fire safety inspections, assessments, and compliance reporting Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian Standards, codes, and legislation Provide technical guidance and mentorship to assessors and internal teams Assist in preparing quotes, tenders, and scope of works for new and existing clients Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities Review and approve compliance documentation, reports, and certifications Stay up to date with changes in fire safety legislation and industry standards Requirements Strong knowledge of fire safety standards and legislation (e.g. AS1851, NCC, relevant state regulations) Proven experience in fire safety compliance or a similar role Experience managing or mentoring teams Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret technical standards and apply them in practical settings Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance Desirable Accreditation as a Fire Safety Assessor (or equivalent) Background in electrical, fire protection, or building services
