As a Business Home Lending Manager, you’ll be the home lending specialist partnering closely with Relationship Managers across Westpac’s business banking network. Based in Canberra on Ngambri and Ngunnawal Country, you’ll work face to face with commercial customers to help them access home lending solutions that support their personal and business growth. This is a customer facing role where relationships come first. Referrals flow directly from Relationship Managers, so you can focus on what you do best building trust, understanding complex needs and delivering thoughtful lending outcomes. You’ll work with customers, bankers, brokers and internal partners to create experiences that feel seamless and genuinely supportive. You’ll be part of a growing team supporting our Commercial Customers across New South Wales and the ACT. The role is full time and fast paced, with variety built into every day through client conversations, portfolio reviews and collaboration across the business. What do I need? • Experience in customer facing home lending roles • Confidence working with business or commercial banking customers • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills • Commercial thinking with great attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Why join us?
