Treehouse is a NFP Community Org that supports young children with developmental delay or disability up to the end of primary school, and their families, in the Queanbeyan, ACT and surrounding areas through: Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy (and other Allied Health services), Early intervention groups, Social clubs for primary-school aged children, Transdisciplinary Key Worker support, Pathways to Preschool program, and Information and advice for families and carers. We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist – Team Leader to be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services while providing clinical leadership, supervision, and operational support to a multidisciplinary team of therapists. This role ensures that Treehouse delivers effective early intervention supports for children and young people with disability, developmental delay, and neurodiverse needs. The position balances a reduced clinical caseload with leadership responsibilities, driving best practice, consistency in service delivery, and positive client outcomes.
