As Senior Team Leader, you will lead and empower a group of skilled Technical Solutions Consultants to design and deliver innovative, secure, and practical solutions. Key Selection Criteria Proven experience managing and coordinating IT services, functions or programs, including providing specialist advice Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams, including workload planning and performance management Experience delivering and overseeing small to mid-scale ICT solutions and building service delivery capability Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including driving process improvement initiatives Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills across varied audiences Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance About Monash University At Monash , work feels different.
