About the role We’re looking for a hands‑on Product Experience Specialist to help deliver clear, practical, customer‑first product support across our portfolio of leading brands, including RYOBI, AEG, Hoover and Vax . Reporting to the Senior Product Experience Manager, this role focuses on creating and maintaining product support that improves customer understanding, reduces returns, and enhances the overall product experience. What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers experience our products—before and after they buy. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your work directly improves clarity, confidence, and satisfaction. • Bring products to life by creating clear, engaging support content—FAQs, how-to guides, troubleshooting resources, and easy-to-follow video tutorials • Ensure every product launch shines by delivering accurate, compelling product page content, imagery, and assets • Own and optimise content across our DAM and CMS platforms, keeping everything organised, up-to-date, and accessible • Be the voice of the brand when responding to customer reviews—thoughtful, helpful, and always on-point • Spot trends in customer feedback and turn insights into smarter support solutions that genuinely improve the experience • Contribute to product storytelling by supporting briefs, as well as photography and video shot lists • Collaborate with Product, Digital, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality work on time and with impact What we’re looking for Experience/Passionate DIYer in tools, hardware or consumer durable products Experience in product content, digital content, customer support or a related role Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and simply High attention to detail, particularly with product data and specifications Confidence working across multiple products and priorities Comfortable using CMS, DAM or similar digital platforms A customer‑first mindset with a practical, solutions‑focused approach Nice to have Exposure to video or image content production Familiarity with eCommerce or retail websites Why join us Work with iconic, market‑leading brands Play a key role in improving real customer outcomes Collaborative team environment with strong cross‑functional exposure Based in Mount Waverley with flexibility and support Apply now to help shape how customers experience our products — from first click to first use.
