About the Position The ICT Support Engineer plays a vital role within Robust IT Services by providing expert technical support, developing and implementing support procedures for systems, networks, and applications, and ensuring the smooth operation of client IT infrastructure. This position involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, contributing to system improvements, and delivering high-quality support that underpins the company’s commitment to reliable, secure, and efficient IT solutions for its clients. Key Responsibilities Developing and maintaining support procedures and strategies for systems, networks, operating systems, and applications. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner. Providing technical expertise and guidance to support system infrastructure, performance optimisation, and process improvements. Conducting quality audits, system reviews, and testing to ensure compliance with standards and identify potential risks. Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT equipment, software, and security measures. Liaising with clients, users, and internal teams to deliver effective support, training, and issue resolution. Documenting technical processes, solutions, and incidents to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
