Ensure all digital campaigns are optimised for continual guest engagement, conversion, brand storytelling, while maintaining up to date, compelling content across platforms Portfolio Marketing Management Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across the hotel portfolio ensuring campaigns ae tailed to each property’s positioning while maintaining overall brand cohesion. Balance Strategic oversight with hands on execution to maximise visibility and revenue across rooms, food and beverage, events and ancillary services Creative Strategy & Brand Alignment Develop and implement creative concepts and content strategies that reflect brand strategies that reflect brand standards and resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with design, operations and external agencies to produce high quality marketing materials that reinforce the hotel’s identity and guest promise. Performance Monitoring & Analytics Monitor digital marketing dashboards, performance media, and campaign analytics to evaluate effectiveness. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management, using data to refine strategies, allocate budgets, and drive measurable improvements in return on investment. Destination Marketing & Partnerships Integrate destination marketing initiatives into hotel campaigns by collaborating with local tourism boards, hospitality associations, and community partners. Build strategic partnerships that enhance the hotel’s visibility within the broader travel ecosystem and attract new guest segments Background / Experience Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and relevant industry experience across multiple marketing channels. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive both revenue and brand Demonstrated experience across several marketing channels both ATL and BTL Proven ability to lead and manage multi-phase campaigns, including NRL Major Events and Themed Rounds Proven ability to manage large budgets and complex stakeholder relations Excellent communication skills and the ability to comfortably liaise with all levels of the business as well as external clients Excellent time management skills and project management expertise High level of integrity Interpersonal skills.
