The opportunity: As our Digital Experience Lead, you’ll play a key role in owning the development, ongoing optimisation, and management of BankVic’s digital products and assets including our website, app, digital forms, tools and resources. Your work will directly influence how our members discover, engage with, and enjoy our digital ecosystem. Working closely with the Head of Product & Digital Experience, you’ll implement a comprehensive digital strategy and lead the delivery of the digital road map. This role will lead the analysis and delivery of continuous digital feature improvements, championing innovative solutions and emerging technologies such as AI to elevate customer experiences across our digital banking products. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver the digital roadmap across the website, app, and related tools, driving continuous improvement in end‑to‑end member journeys. Use data, analytics and member insights to optimise digital features, measure performance, and inform decision‑making. Facilitate human‑centered design and agile delivery to prioritise features that enhance innovation, UX and engagement. Partner closely with stakeholders (product, technology, vendors, content owners) to plan, deliver and govern digital enhancements. Manage digital content and asset governance, including audits, SEO optimisation, structured updates and lifecycle management. Conduct benchmarking, competitor analysis and behavioural analytics to identify opportunities, trends and optimisation recommendations across SEO, SEM, CRO and UX. Who we are looking for: Demonstrated experience (at least 3 years’) in banking, insurance, or other highly regulated financial services environments. Proven experience (3 years) managing and improving digital experiences across CMS platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager and DatoCMS, including website and mobile app optimisation. Tertiary qualification in product management, information technology, business or a related field. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including experience working with third party providers to deliver digital solutions. Highly regarded experience across API integration, Artificial Intelligence (AI) products, and digital analytics. Understanding of User Experience (UX) design, HCD and Agile principles is highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to create customer‑driven digital experiences by balancing user needs with internal business priorities. Strong experience with onsite testing and experimentation (A/B, MVT, personalisation), alongside proficiency in analytics and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, HotJar).
