Integration Analyst Large-scale technology transformation program across ANZ Work hands-on with Azure, AKS, and Boomi in a complex enterprise integration landscape Strong mix of platform, integration, and troubleshooting work (not just project delivery) High visibility role partnering with delivery teams and stakeholders on critical integrations About the Role As an Integration Analyst, you will be a technical specialist for our Microsoft Azure layer, managing the cloud infrastructure, API services, messaging services, and deployment pipelines that support our AKS-hosted Boomi environment. This role includes configuring advanced monitoring, troubleshooting integration and platform issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust project outcomes. You will also provide hands-on support and maintenance for Boomi implementation projects. Key Responsibilities Integration Development & Maintenance Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across business applications and systems. Configure and manage Boomi integration processes. Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance reliability and scalability. Ensure integration processes comply with data governance and security best practices. Technical Solution Delivery & Troubleshooting Identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring system failures. What You Will Bring Proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere, Boomi Data Hub, and Azure Integration Services (APIM, Service Bus) Strong experience in an Integration / DevOps role Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript or Groovy Experience building dashboards and alerts in Azure Monitor and Application Insights. Proficiency in configuring core Azure infrastructure, specifically AKS and Blob Storage, to support containerized applications. Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
