About the Team: The VE Enrolment Support team plays a key role in supporting the student lifecycle by throughout their enrolment journey at Victoria University. The team works collaboratively with colleges and central departments to ensure accurate and timely student enrolment outcomes. Through responsive support and continuous improvement initiatives, the team contributes to a positive student experience and supports Victoria University’s operational and compliance requirements. Position Key Duties: Provide high-quality administrative support across student enrolment and admissions processes. Process enrolments, variations, withdrawals, and student record updates in accordance with policies and procedures. Respond to student and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate student data and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. Liaise with Colleges and internal departments to resolve enrolment-related issues. Support the delivery of student administration services across the student lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements within the team. Monitor and manage competing priorities to meet operational deadlines and service standards. Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation as required. Work collaboratively within the team to support organisational objectives and a positive student experience. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide professional and responsive support to students and staff. High attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and compliance requirements accurately. Proactive and collaborative team member who contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and positive team outcomes.
