About the role: We have a great opportunity for an experienced Stores Coordinator / Procurement Officer to join our team on a part time basis with a minimum 38 hours per fortnight. Monday to Friday flexible roster, no weekends and no public holidays. Duties and responsibilities: This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support the compliance of governance and quality initiatives and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records Forecast supply requirements in collaboration with hospital departments Ensure optimal levels of stock are maintained for theatre and recovery Effectively manage surgical consumables, instruments and prostheses Identify cost saving opportunities and/or efficiencies About You: You have a genuine passion for customer service, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
