As a Supply Chain Analyst at Pacific Energy, you’ll oversee procurement policy and compliance, safeguard our audit requirements, and champion continuous improvement across the Supply Chain function. Your work will ensure our processes are robust, consistent and aligned with legislation and best practice. Your key responsibilities will be: Review and update procurement policies, frameworks, and governance standards. Support development and continuous improvement of procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost‑effectiveness. Maintain compliant purchasing practices and ensure alignment with internal and government requirements. Manage supplier records in FELIX, including onboarding, updates, and removals. Provide data and documentation for internal and external audits. Analyse and prepare monthly procurement performance reports and extract data from SAP (S/4HANA). Apply foundational knowledge of purchasing and contract lifecycle activities. Maintain accurate procurement records and manage document archiving. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare, interpret, and analyse reports. Working knowledge of Microsoft tools, SAP, and FELIX. Certificate IV (or equivalent) in a finance or technical discipline. Desirable: Membership with a recognised procurement body (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CIPP, ASCM, RICS, AIQS).
