We're looking for a People Systems Specialist to join our People & Performance team on a seven- month max‑term basis, responsible for the design, build, testing, optimisation and governance of Mauri and GWF's new HR Information System “People Hub” (SAP SuccessFactors). This is a technical, delivery‑focused role with real scope to influence how our people systems are embedded, governed and continuously improved. As the People Systems Specialist, you'll act as a technical subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, supporting day‑to‑day system operations while contributing to ongoing system enhancement, data integrity and user experience. Reporting to the People & Performance Manager, you will partner with teams cross functionally to ensure systems are reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose. Other responsibilities include: Act as the first point of contact for SuccessFactors queries, troubleshooting system issues and resolving user requests across the business. Configure, test and implement minor system changes across SuccessFactors modules (including Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding) Provide training & support to all system users Support system upgrades and releases, including testing, documentation, impact assessments and stakeholder communication. Build, maintain and enhance HR reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and security. Investigate data discrepancies, access issues and system errors Maintain system governance, documentation, user guides and training materials to support adoption and consistent use. Partner with HR Business Partners to translate business needs into practical system solutions and insights. The suitable candidate will possess: Proven experience working in a People Systems / HRIS / SuccessFactors support role, ideally in a complex or multi‑site environment. Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, including configuration and troubleshooting. Experience in training people/teams on new systems, using effective facilitation techniques and learning and development principles to support successful adoption. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity. Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
