In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the onboard experience — managing shore excursion products and inventory to ensure our guests enjoy seamless, memorable adventures in destinations around the world. About the Role As our Analyst, Shore Excursion Product & Inventory, you'll support the planning, setup, and ongoing management of shore excursion products across a global network of destinations. Working closely with local and global teams, you'll ensure product accuracy, optimise inventory, and use data insights to enhance performance and guest experience. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain shore excursion product information across systems Monitor and optimise inventory to align with guest demand Support product setup, updates, and quality assurance processes Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights Partner with internal teams across operations, revenue, marketing, and global stakeholders Ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms and guest touchpoints Contribute to reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives About You You're organised, analytical, and thrive in a role where attention to detail is key.
