About the Role We're currently looking for a practical, mechanically‑minded Maintenance Fitter to join our site team on a permanent full time day shift. Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, this is a hands‑on mechanical role focused on keeping the mill running safely and efficiently. This role suits someone from a fitter, mechanical or trades assistant background who enjoys being on the tools and working closely with operations. You'll be responsible for: Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the flour mill Attend breakdowns and fault‑find mechanical issues Record work orders, time and history in the maintenance system Follow site safety procedures including permits, isolation and risk assessments About You The suitable candidate will possess: A solid mechanical background Practical fault‑finding and repair experience A safety‑first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a small site team Strong communication skills What's on offer at Mauri?
