Package includes salary range ($99,938 pa to $110,271 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Greenacre – Hybrid working available About the role: Provide accurate and customer-focused HR and payroll support by responding to routine enquiries and providing guidance on leave, payroll, employment conditions, and HR policies and procedures. The role applies established policies and legislative requirements, escalates complex matters as required, and supports record keeping and compliance while exercising discretion and confidentiality. About you: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of public sector and internal policies, procedures, and legislation to ensure advice provided is accurate, credible, and aligned to HR, payroll, finance, and administrative requirements. Explain and apply HR and payroll policies and programs in an operational context, using sound judgement while providing clear, practical, and appropriate advice. Work collaboratively and flexibly within a team environment to meet competing priorities, while delivering sensitive and confidential advice with discretion, tact, and professionalism. Essential Requirements: The HR/Payroll Service Desk operates from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Staff in this role work on a roster to ensure coverage during these hours.
