About the Role As a Technical Account Manager at TRKKN, your mission is to bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. You will be the primary advocate for your clients, working alongside our specialist delivery teams to ensure the Google stack (GA, GCP, and GMP) is not just implemented, but fully leveraged to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Be the main point of contact, managing expectations and delivering professional communication regarding technical roadmaps and delivery. Collaborate with media agencies and AdTech teams to ensure GA measurement and Cloud-based solutions feed seamlessly into platforms like DV360 and SA360 for advanced media optimisation. Uncover business challenges and translate them into detailed technical briefs for the Cloud and Analytics delivery teams. Manage high-level technical support via project management tools, ensuring troubleshooting for GA and Cloud is handled within SLA. Proactively identify opportunities to mature client practices, shifting from simple data collection to advanced predictive analytics using GCP and AI. What you'll need: Proven track record in fostering senior client relationships, and managing complex technical accounts or projects, specifically within Digital Analytics and Cloud ecosystems Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and knowledge of martech and cloud computing ecosystem, particularly BigQuery A strong grasp of how data measurement affects AdTech performance (DV360, SA360) and how to drive marketing effectiveness through data * Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders, Additional Information TRKKN is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
