About the Role As the Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering digital transformation initiatives across Fantastic Furniture's digital ecosystem. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, developers, vendors, QA teams, and technology partners to analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, support website releases, and contribute to the successful delivery of digital projects and A/B testing initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and hands-on in nature, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously. You'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle — from discovery and analysis through to testing, release support, and ongoing optimisation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements & Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria Support the delivery and governance of digital projects across web, mobile, e-commerce, and customer experience initiatives Work collaboratively with Digital, Technology, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose Coordinate with external vendors to resolve defects and production issues within agreed SLA timeframes Support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities, Raise and manage defects through approved issue management systems Support Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, task prioritisation, and Kanban maintenance Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the digital customer journey Ensure customer-centric thinking is embedded into all digital solutions and integration activities What We're Looking For, Essential Experience 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst within a digital environment Strong experience working across digital platforms including CMS, CRM, e-commerce, or mobile applications Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Experience supporting software development lifecycles and digital project delivery Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar project management tools Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Retail or omnichannel experience highly regarded Experience with SAP Hybris and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Exposure to A/B testing platforms and optimisation tools Project management experience HTML, XML, or JavaScript knowledge Understanding of BA frameworks and methodologies Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related discipline IIBA, BABOK, CCBA or CBAP certifications highly regarded In Return, We Offer Opportunity to work on exciting digital transformation initiatives Collaborative and supportive team environment Career development and growth opportunities Exposure to leading digital technologies and platforms Flexible and dynamic workplace culture * Employee benefits and team discounts Ready to Apply?
