About the role As a Teacher Engagement and Registration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, providing accurate information, guidance, and support. You will also assess applications for teacher registration in line with legislative and policy requirements, contributing to fair, consistent and high quality outcomes. This role requires a strong ability to manage high volumes of interaction via phone and email, being responsive to enquiries, and applying sound professional judgement in a fast paced, regulatory environment, including when handling complex or sensitive matters. This role will require you to provide high-quality, timely advice and support to stakeholders on teacher registration matters manage a high volume of enquiries across multiple channels, ensuring a professional and responsive service assess applications and documentation in line with regulatory requirements and established procedures identify potential risks or compliance issues and escalate where appropriate maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and service delivery collaborate effectively with team members to support team outcomes and organisational priorities About you You are a proactive and solutions-focused professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
