Be a part of a High-Profile Infrastructure Project We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support the Project Manager and team in the delivery of a major high-voltage infrastructure project in Pilbara, supporting a Tier 1 iron ore operations. This is an 18-month project —from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover. The project involves: · Relocation of 132kV transmission infrastructure · Construction of 33kV distribution networks · Complex brownfield works in a live operational environment · Critical shutdown and tie-in execution Influence Safety and Culture Play a key role in promoting a proactive HSEQ culture, driving safety improvements and reducing incidents across site. The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the clients HSEQ framework, ensuring ongoing compliance with current legislation, standards, and internal requirements. You will manage all compliance registers and inspections, assist with HSEQ audits and inspection activities, and support incident reporting, investigation and corrective action processes. This includes monitoring incidents, contributing to investigations, and ensuring accurate weekly and monthly reporting to support continuous improvement. Working closely with the client and contracting teams, you will play a key role in promoting a proactive culture of safety awareness, injury prevention and incident reduction across the business Diverse, Hands-on Role Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: Ensuring compliance with current legislations and standards. Provide assistance with HSEQ audit and inspection functions. Monitor incident reporting, investigations and corrective action management. Provide support for the HSEQ process, including incident investigation and reporting functions. Assist with weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Manage all compliance registers and inspections. Mentor and support managers to foster a positive, resilient safety culture. Ensure HSE compliance across sites and manage all relevant systems. Update essential HSE documentation, including procedures, policies, voc’s and risk registers. Manage HSE software database and reporting Conduct drug & alcohol testing when needed. Ensure all safety procedures, policies, and supporting documentation are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key contact for safety matters, fostering a positive safety culture and liaising with employees, management, and clients Training & Induction: Deliver HSEQ induction and training for employees and contractors.
