This role is suited to a safety-focused operator who takes pride in maintaining equipment and delivering high-quality work. Based in Townsville, this role offers work-life balance through day shift operations, operating quality equipment. Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate excavators and loaders on active worksites. Perform trenching, bulk earthworks, loading, and material handling tasks. Complete daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks. Assist with general site duties as required. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements at all times. Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience operating excavators and loaders. Current operator tickets/licence's and Construction White Card. Sound knowledge of safe work practices and site safety standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality outcomes. Australian work rights are required for this position.
