The Opportunity As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing growth of our Eglinton service. You will lead all aspects of centre operations, from team recruitment and culture building to driving occupancy growth and delivering high quality outcomes for children and families. Key Responsibilities • Lead the successful opening and daily operations of the service • Recruit, mentor and inspire a high performing team of educators • Drive enrolments and occupancy growth within the local community • Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture • Build strong relationships with families, community and stakeholders • Ensure compliance with Children’s Services Regulations and National Quality Standards • Manage staffing, budgets and overall centre performance • Maintain a safe, welcoming and high quality learning environment for all children About You • Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children’s Services • Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager • Strong knowledge of Regulations and National Quality Standards • Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams • Experience managing operations, budgets and occupancy growth • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Passionate about delivering high quality early education and care • Current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis • Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain Why Aspire?
